How much longer is it going to take to receive the long awaited merchandise, my last request was September 5, same reply, being sent out in batches, same old same old.

The standard responce is there shipping out in batches, no real date given. Both emails responce were from a Lisa at Il Divo.com. My wife asks me every day did it come in the mail, and ever day the answer has been no.

As fans, die hard fans at tha,t we deserve a straight answer, when are they shipping or when will they ship?

This is what you really call a world tour now that your going to Russia too. I do not know of any other artist or group who has traveled as much as you guys did this year.

When the end of October comes and the touring ends you should take a long few months off and rest and enjoy the upcoming holiday season with friends and family you really deserve it.
